2022 Amalia Yoga Retreat Balance: Private Room

A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due and must be received by Caroline Williams Yoga by July 15, 2022.

Cancellation 90 days or more prior the first day of the retreat (by June 6, 2022): guest receives a full refund of payments made less the $400 deposit.

Cancellation 50-90 days prior the first day of the retreat (June 7-July 14, 2022): guest receives a 50% refund of retreat balance owed less the $400 deposit.

Cancellation 50 days prior the first day of the retreat (on or after July 15, 2022): no refunds will be given on the full balance owed or paid.

There will be no refunds for arriving late or leaving early. There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies including personal illness, injuries or weather.

Caroline Williams Yoga will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for cancelled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness. All guests must sign the “Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk” forms prior to arrival. If this form is not signed prior arrival you will not be allowed to participate in the retreat and no refund will be made. We highly recommend travel cancellation insurance should your travel plans change. Travel insurance can be purchased through your travel agent or you can visit www.Insuremytrip.com or www.worldnomads.com for additional information.

*As of January 1, 2007 all U.S. citizens need a valid U.S. passport to travel in and out of the U.S. Your passport MUST have at least 6 months remaining before expiration to be considered valid. 

COVID Policy

We will be following all COVID policies and guidance set forth by the Greek government. It is your responsibility to stay apprised of the entry requirements set by the Greek government as it pertains to your home country.

As of April 18, 2022, Greece is requiring all US travelers arriving in Greece to present either…

a) Vaccination certificate (for those who have completed vaccination for COVID-19 at least fourteen (14) days before arrival) valid for 9 months after the completion of the basic vaccination and without time limit for travellers who have received the booster dose. The vaccination certificate must include the full name of the traveller as registered in the passport, the type of vaccine given, the number of doses and inoculation dates, or

b) Proof of recovery from SARS-CoV-2 infection, issued 14 days after the day of the first positive COVID-19 test (PCR or Rapid Antigen test) and valid for 180 days thereafter, or

c) Negative molecular test for COVID-19 (PCR) performed up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival, or negative Rapid Antigen test performed up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.

No refunds will be given for failure to comply with Greek COVID travel guidance.

Additionally, as of April 18, 2022, the U.S. Government requires all international travelers to obtain a negative COVID test no more than one day before travel to the U.S. Telehealth appointments are available and the purchasing and scheduling of testing is your responsibility.

Furthermore, if you test positive while in transit or during the retreat and are staying in a shared room, you will be required to quarantine in a separate location at your own cost.

For these reasons, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with a comprehensive COVID policy.

Should travel to Greece become untenable because of COVID and the retreat is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. have at least 6 months remaining before expiration to be considered valid.
