|Retreat: August 24-26|
|Intensive: August 25, 9am–3pm|
So you finished your 200 hour yoga teacher training...now what?
You have a certification in your hand, and maybe even a group (or groups) of people eager to learn from you...except graduating from teacher training has left you feeling like you know less than when you started. Who has really entrusted you with the guidance of a room full of people who each have a unique and wildly different body, heart, mind, and history?!
He has called you. He has equipped you.
But it is still overwhelming.
Maybe you finished your training years ago and have been teaching for awhile but feel stuck or bored in your teaching. You're eager to learn, but not eager to shell out thousands more dollars to get another certificate. What you're really looking for is some face-to-face time with other leaders called to a similar ministry – those teaching in the trenches with you – to encourage, inspire, and guide you a little further down your path.
We so get it. That's why we're putting on this retreat.
This weekend is designed with you, the Jesus-loving yoga teacher, in mind.
It's a weekend to...
>> rest among a small group of friends who just get it
>> be trained and equipped in your unique calling
>> actually take a yoga class (can I get an amen?!)
>> receive fresh vision for the work God has invited you to
>> spend individual time with leaders in the field to ask your burning questions and receive specific direction
There are only six spots available on the retreat in order to keep the experience as intimate and hands-on-helpful as possible.

Your Hosts: Caroline & Amy
It was a broken heart that led Caroline to yoga nearly 10 years ago and it was yoga that God used to stitch her heart back together. That was true back then and is still true today.
Caroline leads people all over the world in yoga practices rooted in Scripture and aimed at yoking our hearts with His on her YouTube channel Caroline Williams Yoga. Based in New York City, she enjoys teaching pre/postnatal yoga classes and Jesus-centered yoga classes, but her all-time favorite thing is traveling the world and making space for women to experience the wild love of God.
She's led yoga retreats in France and Costa Rica and is thrilled to partner with Amy to offer this intimate and in-depth retreat to bless and equip fellow instructors.
Yoga Instructor is the last thing Amy ever thought she would find herself doing. She spent her 20’s and 30’s raising her boys, speaking professionally, and authoring Bible studies. But after she and her husband John embarked on a journey down the road of adoption, her life came to a hard stop and changed course. Living and loving children of trauma brought her to the very end of herself physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Overwhelmed with anxiety and battling depression, yoga was recommended. And from that place of brokenness God revealed to her the next season of living, loving, and serving; using yoga as a path to healing the heart, soul, mind, and body. It was Caroline’s YouTube Channel that gave Amy her first taste of Holy Yoga and she found Jesus in a way she never had expected, when a yoga mat transformed into Holy Ground.
She became an instructor herself, as well as a Trauma-Sensitive instructor. She teaches locally, privately, and holds quarterly retreats at her refuge in Ponce Inlet, Florida.
